The challenge here for me is keeping my intervals down. Trying to stick to only 10 seconds rest between anything but it can be tough!

Warm Up (1200m)

  • 2 x 300 (  as 75 free, 25 choice)
  • 3 x 100 IM kick.
  • 4 x 75 (25 kick, 25 swim same stroke)

Main Set (1100m)

  • 2 x 300 ( 100 pull, 100 pull with paddles, 100 swim – last 25m of each 100 fast)
  • 3 x 100 IM
  • 200 kick
