Warm Up (1200m)
2 x 300 (200 swim, 50 kick, 50 choice)
8 x 75 (25 kick, 50 same stroke as kick)
Main Set (1800m)
12 x 150 broken (100 swim steady, 50 swim all out)
100 on 1m45s, 50 on 1m (or adapt to suit)
Sub-Set (400m)
16 x 25m free (with fins – all out)
Cool Down (300m)
300m easy
