    • 100 Pull
    • 100 Free (50 wide hip tap, 50 swim)

Main Set – 1350m

  • With Fins (on ?m??s)
    • 3 x 75 kick
    • 3 x 75 Fly
    • 3 x 75 kick
    • 3 x 75 Back
    • 3 x 75 kick
    • 3 x 75 breast

Cool Down – 400m

  • 400 Easy

Total: 2750m
