Overview

This 2 hour live introduction to Final Cut Pro X  is the first of a three part series where you will learn the essentials to get you started editing with Final Cut Pro X.

In this class you will learn how to:

  • Import footage
  • Navigate Final Cut Pro X
  • Setup libraries and projects
  • Manage and store your media
  • Create a basic edit with video and sound
  • Learn how to export your project for DVD and the Web

 

Questions in Class

There will be time set aside for questions as we work through these essential techniques and tools.

After Class Support

The class will be recorded in full so you will be able to review what was covered at your own pace. I also welcome any questions about Final Cut Pro X after class.

What do I need?

You will need a Mac with an up-to-date version of Final Cut Pro X installed, a high speed internet connection and the Google Chrome browser. You will receive information about how to access the class 24 hours prior to the start of the class.
