Final Cut Pro X: Editing The Main Storyline Independently of Connected Clips #fcpx

If you trying to nudge your main storyline using the Position or Trim tool and the default state is not working for you then this tutorial will offer some useful tips for moving your edit points whilst keeping connected clips in place.

Final Cut Pro X: Using the Range Selection Tool for Selective Audio, Speed Adjustments and more

If you need to delete, cut, copy or modify a selection of a clip or multiple clips on the timeline then using the Range Selection tool opens up some great creative opportunities.

This is a great way to quickly edit portions of your timeline rather than entire clips.

We will also look at how to modify speed selectively and how to duck audio so that you can refine your videos to a professional level.
