Video Hack: Making Video for the Web (Lecture Notes)

Today we will look at the importance and influence of video in online culture. The aim of this is twofold. Firstly we will be talking about the video revolution that has been driven by the web and sites like YouTube over the past 12 years including the way in which we can begin to imagine ourselves as creators of content with a worldwide audience

We will look at some examples of successful videos on the internet and discuss the technical process you will undertake in your Beatbox project.
